At Wortal CRM, we provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. This Delivery Policy outlines how our products and services are delivered to customers after purchase.
1. Delivery of Service

  • All Wortal CRM subscriptions and services are delivered digitally.

  • Customers receive access to their account via email and can log in directly to the Wortal CRM platform.

  • No physical shipping is involved.

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Services are activated once payment is successfully processed through your chosen payment method.

  • Account access and service delivery are generally instant after confirmation.

  • In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours if additional verification is required.

3. Failed Transactions

  • If a payment fails or is declined, the account will not be activated.

  • Customers should retry payment or contact Wortal CRM support for assistance.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Since Wortal CRM services are digital, disputes or requests must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
