1. Delivery of Service
All Wortal CRM subscriptions and services are delivered digitally.
Customers receive access to their account via email and can log in directly to the Wortal CRM platform.
No physical shipping is involved.
2. Payment Confirmation
Services are activated once payment is successfully processed through your chosen payment method.
Account access and service delivery are generally instant after confirmation.
In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours if additional verification is required.
3. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or is declined, the account will not be activated.
Customers should retry payment or contact Wortal CRM support for assistance.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Since Wortal CRM services are digital, disputes or requests must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
